    1. Click on "Quick pay" in epay.kwa.kerala.gov.in website.
    2. Then enter consumer ID and consumer number or Registered mobile number. click proceed.
    3. Select the type of bill (paper bill/ green bill) required.
    4. Click the "view" tab to see the outstanding bill amount.
    5. Select the desired payment option and make payment.
